DESCRIPTION
CEMGROUT-GP is a specially formulated, high strength, high flow,
non-shrink cementitious grout. It contains specially graded aggregates and
CEMIX proprietary admixtures. CEMGROUT-GP contains admixtures that
provide positive expansion when the grout is in the plastic state, and
shrinkage compensation when hardened. It provides high, early and
ultimate strength, excellent substrate adhesion, high flow characteristics,
excellent working time, dense and impermeable finish. It is also non-toxic,
non-corrosive, and impact and vibration resistant.

Acheives 60MPA in 28 days - well liked and rated by Professionals.
When mixed with 4.75Lts of water - a 25Kg bag yields 14 litres of flowable grout.

All general purpose precision grouting applications including:
• Machine foundations and base plates
• Anchor bolts and rods
• Void, recess and cavity filling
• Reinforcement ducts and pre-cast connections (including pre-cast
columns and beams)
• Grouting pipe sleeves and liners
• Dross back and pre-cast elements
