CEMIX CEMSEAL – Water based is eco friendly non toxic penetrating repellent treatment that will protect concrete and masonry from water and chloride intrusion while still permitting water vapour transmission (breathability). It is a low viscosity silane-siloxane system, which is absorbed into the porous substrate and then reacts to produce a bonded hydrophobic lining to the pores. It is Ideal for sealing bricks, blocks and all types of concrete products and terracotta tiles. Can also be used as a waterproofer for timber decks, outdoor furniture, timber wall claddings, clay roof tiles and gypsum based building materials. Not suitable for dense natural stone. Does not produce any discolouration to the substrate. Provides good adhesion for paints or plasters.

Coverage: 5m² per litre depending on the porosity. Two coats recommended.
Packaging: 1 litre, 4 litre, 10 litre and 20 litres plastic pails.
NOTE: Use where natural, non gloss finish is required. Do not use for retaining or holding water (use CEMIX AQUASTOP or PENETRON).
