Cemix Cemseal

CEMIX CEMSEAL is a clear (solvent based) penetrating repellent treatment that will protect concrete and masonry from water and chloride intrusion while still permitting water vapour transmission (breathability). A low viscosity silane-siloxane system, which is absorbed into the porous substrate and then reacts to produce a bonded hydrophobic lining to the pores. Ideal for sealing bricks, blocks and all types of concrete products and terracotta tiles. Does not produce any discolouration to the substrate. Can be painted over but seek advice first.

Concrete: 5m² per litre depending on the porousity. Two coats recommended.
Packaging: 1 litre, 4 litre, 10 litre and 20 litres metal cans.
NOTE: Use where natural, non gloss finish is required. Do not use for retaining or holding water (use CEMIX AQUASTOP or PENETRON).
