Cemix Drive Seal

CEMIX DRIVESEAL is a clear high build, GLOSS finish, thermoplastic solution that protects and highlights the colour and texture of the underlying concrete surface. It has been developed exclusively as a drive and paving coating which is UV stable. Major uses include domestic driveways, outdoor entertainment areas, exposed aggregate finishes and also commercial applications such as building forecourts. Can be used on cobblestone, bluestone, concrete and imitation slate surfaces as well as on other high traffic surfaces requiring protection. NOTE: (1) Concrete that has been sealed can become slippery when water present. Caution should be used when applying to driveways and paths particularly when on a gradient. (2) When used on concrete that has been diamond ground the surface must be water blasted and cleared of all grinding paste and residue before application. (3) The surface needs to be totally dry and clear of any stains. (4) There should be no rising damp as the Drive Seal film will trap this rising damp turning the surface milky.

Coverage: Up to 7m² per litre. Two coats recommended.
