Cemix Pavseal

CEMIX PAVSEAL is stain resistant eco friendly non toxic water based penetrating clear UV stable waterproofing sealer that can be used for impregnating and sealing a wide variety of porous pavers. There is little or no impairment of the paver’s ability to breathe and exhibits a good MVTR (moisture vapour transmission rate). It can be successfully applied on damp surface dry pavers and is available in both GLOSS and MATTE finish. The application does not produce any discolouration of the surface and is suitable for waterproofing and sealing a wide variety of absorbent surfaces. It can also be used on timber decks, outdoor furniture, timber wall cladding, clay roof tiles, fiber reinforced cement sheets etc. Can be easily spray applied using a garden sprayer or roller applied.Not suitable for very dense natural stone, especially marble and granite.

Coverage: Depending on the porosity of the pavers – covers 5m2 per litre. Two coats are recommended.
Packaging: 1 litre, 4 litre & 20 litre plastic pails.
