Cemix Proflor

CEMIX PROFLOR is a two pack trowel applied - easy to smooth and float cement based floor topping. It requires the addition of 5 litres of high grade synthetic rubber latex - CEMIX PROFLOR EMULSION to every 25kg bag of dry powder PROFLOR. When mixed and applied as recommended, PROFLOR results in a smooth permanent floor topping having superior adhesion, density and strength.It is a nontoxic and non corrosive and is thus recommended for internal use as an underlayment and not as a wearing surface. PROFLOR has been formulated as a premium
system for levelling and repairing concrete floors, creating falls or ramps, for filling in minor scratches, gouges and joints in the floor. Can be used over under floor heating coils, covering old adhesives and paints in readiness for carpet, vinyl or tile laying. Can be used over wooden floors but cracking may be caused with timber movement. If being used over an unstable substrate then a primer slurry coat should be applied, allowed to become tacky before top coat applied. Not recommended for exterior applications.

PROFLOR Emulsion is a synthetic S.B.R. latex adhesive for use with PROFLOR floor levelling compound.
