DESCRIPTION
CEMIX CEMLASTIC is modified copolymer latex specially formulated to be used as a primer for porous substrates, wallboard, cement sheets, concrete, screed, timber etc. It can also be used as an additive in place of water to fortify, modify and improve grouts, screeds and certain tile adhesives. It improves workability, adhesion, and resistance to frost and chemical resistance. It also imparts a degree of flexibility and hydrophobicity. COVERAGE
As a primer : 5 to 8m2 per litre depending on the porosity of the substrate.
As an additive : 1L for every 5Kg of powder adhesive or grout.
