CEMPOXY - MORTAR/PASTE

DESCRIPTION:

CEMPOXY-MORTAR/PASTE is a two part thixotropic epoxy mortar/paste. It is gunable and trowelable. It has excellent adhesion to most materials including concrete, metals, brick, ceramic, and glass etc. CEMPOXY-MORTAR/PASTE is non shrink and has excellent chemical resistance.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:

Bedding and joining of precast concrete units
Grouting of horizontal starter bars and bolts
Repair of spalling concrete and protection of reinforcing
Fabrication of concrete pipe intersections
Tiling adhesive
Bonding of aggregates to concrete and other surfaces for decorative finishes
As a general epoxy adhesive

VISCOSITY: Thixotropic paste. Non slump up to 15 – 20mm on vertical surface.
MIX RATIO: 2:1 by weight
POT LIFE: Approx 1 hour at 20ºC

MIN APPL TEMP: 10ºC
CURED PROPERTIES:

- Compressive Strength: 35 - 40 MPa @ 1 day
- Compressive Strength: 55 - 65 MPa @ 7 days
