PROFLOR

DESCRIPTION:

PROFLOR is a two part concrete floor preparation product designed for levelling and patching concrete floors prior to overlaying with carpets, tiles, vinyl or timber. It is trowelled into place at thicknesses up to 10mm and can be feather edged.

TECHNICAL DATA:

TWO PART: Mix 5L of PROFLOR EMULSION with every 25kg of PROFLOR
COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH: 25MPa at 28 days
BOND STRENGTH: > 3MPa
THERMAL COEFF. OF EXP: 9.0 x 10-6 mm/mm/ ºC
WORKING TIME: 60 minutes at 20ºC
APPLICATION TEMP: 5ºC to 30ºC
APPEARANCE: PROFLOR - Sand/cement grey powder
PROFLOR EMULSION- White liquid
